The public version of this platform is not intended for submission of Protected Health Information (PHI).

Important Notice

GMB Billing Firm uses AI-assisted workflows for medical coding and billing support. Unless a signed Business Associate Agreement, HIPAA-aligned infrastructure, and approved data-processing arrangement are in place, users must not submit PHI, patient names, dates of birth, addresses, medical record numbers, phone numbers, email addresses, insurance identifiers, or other direct identifiers.

De-Identification

The application includes a de-identification layer before AI processing. De-identification reduces risk but does not guarantee that all PHI or identifying information will be removed.

AI Vendor Disclosure

AI processing may be performed by third-party AI providers. Do not submit PHI to AI services unless the relevant provider and GMB Billing Firm have appropriate HIPAA contractual safeguards in place.

User Responsibility

Users are responsible for ensuring that submitted information complies with HIPAA, payer requirements, organizational policies, and applicable law.
